  • How do I get samples?
    Please contact us if you need samples. We require your international courier account number. Eg. FEDEX/UPS/DHL/TNT or others.
  • What is the minimum order quantity?
    Minimum order quantity is 1000 units or 3000 USD, whichever is higher. However, we are open to negotiations, in case you require a smaller amount.
  • Can my design/logo be printed on the bags?
    Absolutely! You can order bags with your chosen design or logo, which you can send to us via e-mail. These designs can also be embroidered, for an extra charge.
  • Are the bags customisable according to my requirements?
    Yes, all our bags are customisable to meet your needs.
  • Is it possible to order the bags in Pantone shades?
    Yes, our bags can be printed or dyed with any colour of your choosing. However, Pantone Matching System (PMS) colours on the bags can vary depending on the fabric.
  • What information must I provide to get a quotation?
    We require the following from you in order to provide a quotation: (I) The item code of the bag (II) The size of the bag (III) The colour of your choosing as well as the specifications for printing (IV) Order quantity (V) Specific packaging instructions
  • How are the goods packaged?
    We pack the goods in corrugated cardboard cartons, however, we are open to accommodating your requests.
  • What are the shipping options and how long do they take?
    The options include the following: (I) Sea - this is the cheapest option, but takes around 5 weeks. You require a customs broker to clear the goods at the port. (II) Air - this is expensive but your goods arrive within 4-6 days. You require a customs broker to clear the goods at the airport. (III) Door-to-door courier - this is the most expensive option, but you do not need to appoint a customs broker. The courier company will deliver the goods to your address Please note that any import/customs duty fee is borne by you.
  • What payment options are available?
    We accept Wire Transfers and Irrevocable Letter of Credit. We do not accept credit card payments.
  • What quality assurances do you provide?
    Quality and trust are the foundation of our company. However, we are happy to accommodate any quality assurance checks that you might need.
